Densholme Farm is a commercial organic farm with an increasing area offering social education, therapeutic and development opportunities for a range of individuals and groups.

Our aim is to provide a supportive social enterprise where people from a wide range of backgrounds can undertake meaningful work in a safe environment which nurtures a sense of self esteem. We use the organic commercial farm and agricultural landscapes as a base for promoting mental and physical health, through normal farming activity.

Another benefit is the provision of quality organic food to the local area, which contributes to improving health and is kind to the environment. The project strongly believes that locally produced organic food is the only truly sustainable and viable option for humanity and the planet.

We particularly welcome school groups to engage with the environment and activities on offer. Here at Densholme Farm you can experience the great outdoors whatever the weather and participate in a range of activities to suit you or your groups' requirements. Some of the recent activities include:
